For group practices and medical centres

Keep imaging connected across your practice.

When patients, clinicians and imaging equipment are spread across locations, access should follow the work. UnoPACS brings connected image sources into a cloud archive with access assigned to individual team members.

Across locations

Connect the sources. Define the responsibilities.

A common archive works best when the team knows who receives, checks and shares each study.

  1. Connect each source

Review the modalities, external partners and existing archives used by each location. Confirm the connections and any local connector requirements.

  2. Organise the intake

Agree which team members review incoming studies and confirm patient assignments. Make the exception-handling process part of the rollout.

  3. Give the team access

Assign permissions per person and open studies through the browser. Review the sharing workflow for colleagues and partners outside the practice.

A rollout your practice can plan around.

Work through the needs of each site before agreeing the setup. Adding locations can involve different equipment, patient identifiers and responsibilities.

  • Clinical teams

Bring representative studies and viewing requirements. Check how clinicians find the correct patient and access images across your locations.

  • Administration and IT

Document the sources, user permissions and patient-record connections. Separate browser access from the local work required to connect equipment.

  • Practice leadership

Review storage, users, connections and any historical archive transfer together. Agree an offer against that scope so the cost matches the intended setup.

Questions

Planning for more than one location

Get the operating details clear before rollout.

Can users at different sites open the same studies?

Access is determined by the permissions configured for each person. We review your organisational structure and intended access across locations during setup.

Do all locations need the same equipment?

The connection is reviewed for each source. DICOM-capable modalities can be connected, but the exact configuration depends on the equipment and network.

Can we introduce UnoPACS one location at a time?

A staged rollout can be discussed during planning. Agree which sources and users join first, how existing systems continue to operate and how the workflow will be checked.

Map your locations in one conversation.

Bring the sites, image sources and user groups you want to connect. We will discuss the workflow and a sensible rollout scope.
