Local browser storage remembers your light or dark theme and your analytics choice. The analytics choice expires after 180 days. If you opt in, Google Analytics can set _ga cookies with a lifetime of up to 180 days. You can reject analytics or withdraw your consent using Privacy choices at the bottom of any page. Withdrawing stops future collection and removes this website’s analytics cookies; it does not automatically delete data already received by Google.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to understand visits and clicks on demo links. Google receives page views, a cookie identifier, browser and device information, and an IP address during transmission. Google states that Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. We send the public page address without query parameters or fragments, and only the referring site’s origin. We do not send demo-form entries, patient data or document contents.

Consent is the basis for this optional measurement. Advertising personalisation, Google signals and automatic form, search and download tracking are disabled. Google may process data outside Switzerland and the EEA, including in the United States. Google’s privacy information is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy and its Analytics privacy controls at https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/9019185. You can decline without affecting use of this website.

Serving a page produces the usual server log entry: the address requested, the time, the response status, the referring page, and your browser's user agent and IP address. These entries exist to operate and secure the service and are kept only for as long as that requires.

Hosting is provided by a service provider acting on our instruction under a data processing agreement. The provider is named on request; write to us and you get the current answer.

The demo form asks for your name, your work email address, your organisation, your country, your role and, optionally, your study volume and a description of how images reach you today.

We use it to prepare and hold the conversation you asked for, and to reply to you. We do not sell it, we do not pass it to advertisers, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

We keep it for as long as the enquiry is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can pick up a conversation you return to. You can ask us to delete it at any time and we will.

The informational pages and demo form are not intended to receive patient data. The free DICOM viewer is a separate Unomed application embedded from unoboard.dev.unomed.ch; opening its page connects your browser to that host. Selected files are initially opened locally. Choosing View together prepares anonymisation in your browser; upload requires your review and confirmation. The temporary session lasts 35 minutes from preparation, after which access is blocked and the uploaded copy is deleted. Metadata anonymisation does not remove names or recognisable faces in image pixels: check the images before sharing. Anyone holding the complete invitation link can join. The website analytics code does not read files or activity inside the viewer.

For a customer’s ongoing Cloud PACS, we act as processor under a separate data processing agreement. The imaging data belongs to the customer. Storage, encryption and export are described at /security. Ask us for that agreement before a demo if your process needs it.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, ask for a copy in a portable form, or object to our processing it. Write to us and we will answer.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you can complain to a supervisory authority: in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner, or in the EU and EEA the authority in your country of residence.
