Pricing, in plain terms

The questions that come up before a quote does.

Why are the amounts not shown yet?

Because international pricing is still being set, and a placeholder figure on a pricing page is worse than none: it gets quoted back at you for years. Tell us your volume and sites and you get a real figure in the same week.

How is it billed?

Monthly. Enterprise customers can be billed yearly on request.

Can I cancel or change plan?

Yes, monthly, in either direction. There is no minimum term and no fee for leaving.

What happens when I run out of storage?

We get in touch before it becomes a problem. You either free some up or add a storage block; nothing is deleted and nothing stops working without a conversation first.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Connecting your devices is part of getting started. Migrating an existing archive is optional and quoted separately, up front, against your volume.

Can I book add-ons without upgrading?

Yes. Every add-on can be switched on by itself. You do not have to move up a plan to get one thing.

What does it cost to leave?

Nothing. Your archive is standard DICOM and you can export it at any time, on any plan. A vendor-neutral archive that charges you to leave is not vendor neutral.
